Roy Oliphant

While attending a tax auction in Texas, Roy Oliphant overheard a man speaking to a crowd about the sale of tax deeds at auction.  That man turned out to be Arnie Abramson, who beckoned Roy over to come listen in. That was the start of a great partnership. While Arnie brought the long experience of foreclosure auctions in Texas, Roy brought a technical expertise and innovative approach to expanding the footprint of both Texas Tax Sales and Texas Trustee Sales. Roy oversees daily operations and manages new technical projects. He is the engineering mind in the group that continually finds new ways to improve our processes.
