The Birth of TTS

Texas Trustee Sales (TTS) grew organically out of its sister company, Texas Tax Sales Resource Group—also known as Texas Tax Sales—an organization dedicated to educating investors about tax foreclosure auctions in Texas.  Following a brief retirement, founder Arnie Abramson couldn't sit watching great opportunities go by.  He knew he could scratch that itch if he could effectively organize and educate a new generation of savvy investors in the tax foreclosure process and space.

After decades of success in the real estate market, both as an investor and as an educator, Arnie saw that a new field of opportunity had grown beyond its traditional borders and was ready for the harvest.  Fortunately, this new opportunity was not only familiar to him, it lacked the personal attention that cannot be given by a faceless website or an inaccessible guru.

Together with partner Roy Oliphant, Arnie set out to do for the mortgage foreclosure scene in Texas what he had already done for the tax foreclosure arena: make the process easier by providing education and tailored services.  Like Texas Tax Sales, Texas Trustee Sales only does what its clients don't want to do.
